Cornell University’s ILR School has been collecting and analyzing contracts in the progressive nonprofit sector since 2022. They have over 100 contracts in their database. The following their findings of which contract closes appear in almost all of the contracts, which are in over half of the contracts, and which are uncommon, but have been found.
